Charlotte and Arnaud have shared a spectacular New Mexico home. The house is sited perfectly on 1.5 acres to take full advantage of the geography and natural landscaping. It’s about as private and quiet as you can get.
We confirm what others note about the home being well-equipped. And we can add that there are top-notch mattresses - a real bonus! Thank you for the kind hospitality.

Our kids absolutely loved it here. Playing outside and checking out the toys was super exciting for them (ages 4, 6, and 9). The area was beautiful and so was the home. Absolutely would recommend!

This Stunning Santa Fe/Adobe style home is located in the beautiful mountain community of Placitas. The high desert landscape is Amazing! Charlotte has thought of every detail to ensure you have an enjoyable stay! The home is conveniently located between Albuquerque & Santa Fe! Our stay was way too short & we can’t wait to return!

This home is lovely! The house is exceptionally clean, and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. It felt like we were in another world; the rolling desert terrain, Adobe homes and incredible sunsets. The Balat’s are extremely accommodating, and we are so grateful they worked with our schedule change. With Albuquerque about 30 min away, it was convenient for restaurants, shopping and the Balloon Fiesta. We drove to Santa Fe for a Sunday excursion-and what a treat! The architecture, shopping and art galleries were all amazing! Note: many restaurants in Santa Fe are not open on Sunday’s; however, it did not prevent us from experiencing and enjoying the town. Balat Family-thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful Placitas home-what an experience! Thank you being so gracious and caring!!
