Location and staff were amazing..
Service for food took very long.. Every order gor food took over an hour... Plus restaurant was slightly understaffed.. I think food timings also should be increased..

Big room / location / clean /staff
We choose this hotel as we were under the impression it had a view of the lake and tea plantations and it had a pool and we wanted to relax. However this wasn’t the case. We had a big pylon beside the hotel and no view from of either. The pool had no pool side furniture to relax on and no shade also the jacuzzi wasn’t working and water was cloudy. It’s meant to be an infinity pool but the water wasn’t running and lots of tiles were missing. So very disappointing. The 3 things we choose this hotel for were not supplied.

The lake view and pool
My car stuck at entrance gate , as it is not well maintained, room not clean bad smell from bedsheet and some drug wastes in room
I visted this place last year , but that time it was exceptionally good
$$$$
