Amazing countryside Villa with outstanding hospitality.

The domain is very big and each couple had a spacious bedroom with view to Agia Pelagia’s gulf. We even had a study room with immense views and serenity to work. Great Wifi, and all the kitchen appliances we could need. Needless to say that when the coffee machine broke down they were replaced by another two on the same day by the host! Mr Fanis is an outstanding host. He speaks fluent English and is always available. He also takes care of maintenance and gardening. Mr Yiannis welcomes guests with raki and he offered a bottle of wine for my birthday. The Villa has 3 gardens (the one is private and is ideal for study under an olive tree) and a pool! The place is spotlessly clean. All bedrooms and the common areas have air-conditioning that we highly appreciated during the hot summer days. The swimming pool is big and very nice and the view on the surroundings is gorgeous. Olive groves and the sea! There is a barbeque, and deckchairs around the pool for 10 people. The location is 30min by car from Heraklion city centre and 15min from the nearest beach (and the seafront restaurants). Grocery shop is 5 minutes by car. We recommend this place to all and wish to come back again.

The location is excellent with a spectacular view to the aegean. The villa is very comfortable and luxurious with big nice rooms, very beautiful terrace, a nice yard and a big playroom-gym.
