Once more great time in Villaggio Luna

Third time in Villaggio Luna and again really great vacation. There is nothing to complain about. Nice appartments with pool, not far from the sea, good restaurants nearby and great staff. Example - I've ran out of gas while cooking lunch. Called Lampo office and had a new bottle delivered in approx 10-15 minutes by one of their guys. Ubelievable and satisfactory experience. Besides this the price for appartment is still reasonable. Overall we were more than happy there - again!

The best place with the worst staff.

The location is excellent, the beach staff is absolutely polite and helpful, the nearest supermarket is really super!

1.The address in the site is the address of the place where you have to collect the key. When you go by navigator to the Villagio Laguna Blue, nobody can help you because the gate is closed, most of the properties are private and by chance I understood from some polite man that it is not Vialle delle Rondini 20. I left my family with the luggage under the sun, I paid for the waiting time to the taxi and asked the driver to bring me to Rondini. When I explained this absurd organisation to the staff, they were completely indifferent, looking at me with annoyance, following the documentary procedures, handing me the keys and closing the window with relief. I have never met more unfriendly staff in tourism. They didn't even give us the 3 beach beds we deserved. At the entrance to the beach we found out that we received the standard for the room 2 beach beds and had to pay extra for 1 deck chair for the duration of our vacation. But the sad thing is that we also realized that we are another victim of the "competence, goodwill and kindness" of Rondini's absolutely useless staff.

Maybe it is a covid regulation, but there was no hand soap or toilet paper. Not a big deal, but had to drive to the shop right after arriving, since there are not really shops in the area

Good two level apartment, comfortable beds, overall good stay. Beach restaurants in the area.

The name of the agency (for the key) was not written (found it by matching the telephone number). It was not specified that sheets and towels are extra (lucky we had some). Internet was only at the pool area, also not specified. Not mentioned that there were no toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, detergent, coffee filters, etc). Cleaning can be improved. Also you can't really walk to the center ( almost 2 km) but you can cheaply rent bikes.

Se többet se kevesebbet nem kaptam, Olaszországban nem az apartmanok hoztak lázba eddig se. :)

A medence és a kis kert ami az apartmanhoz jár, az rendben van.

Vékonyak a falak, egy hangosabb szomszéd család bearanyozza a nyaralást. Egy kis mosógép jól jött volna, lapát se volt, papírra sepregettük a szemetet. A klíma is kivette a szabit arra a hétre, szerencsére megvoltunk nélküle.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Anlage. Ist ein zweistöckiges Appartement, ruhig und Pool.

Das Bett ist relativ unbequem und da es Einzelbetten sind rutschen diese immer auseinander.

Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato l'appartamento non molto pulito purtroppo, qualche problema con i vicini che facevano confusione in orario notturno, all'1/2 di notte
