Brak możliwości skorzystania z tarasu, wydzielenie chodź minimalnego miejsca na balkonie nie zakłóciło by przestrzeni innym gościom a zapewniło by odrobinę prywatności, lokalizacja przy promenadzie to niekończące się tłumy spacerowiczów
