About this villa rental
Villa Petit is completely renovated stone house. It's ideal for families or small groups of 4-6 people. The location of the house is in Brela, old distict Zelici, and it is surrounded by old stone houses, only 200m from the sea.
It has everything you might need: a private swimming pool, TV Sat, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.
The ground floor is a living area with kitchen and dining area. There is an extra bed for two persons on the sofa bed.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom (shower / WC).
On the second floor is another bedroom with a double bed and bathroom (shower / WC).
All floors are connected with internal staircase and there is direct access to the terrace with pool from the first floor. There are two terraces, one with table and chairs and the other with a nice pool.
Also available is a barbecue and parking.
From here there's a beautiful view of Brela, the islands and the mountain Biokovo to the north. Brela is a famous tourist destination on the Adriatic; it has pleasant climate, beautiful scenery and beautiful beaches. The holiday home during season is only rented on a weekly basis(Saturday- Saturday).

This place was by far the best property we stayed in Croatia. The pictures do not do it justice..outside covered terrace is just the most serene place to have breakfast and my boys lolovloloved the private pool. Steep walk to beach but def best beach in the area. We went zipwiring and extreme canyoning in omis and area. Brilliant. Highly recommend!!

Die Vila Eli ist ein 300 Jahre altes Gemäuer über 2 Stockwerke, was traumhaft schön renoviert, modernisiert und mit Modernen Mobiliar ausgestattet ist. Es gibt 2 neue tolle Bäder mit Regen duschen & einer Waschmaschine. Die Küche hat alle technischen Geräte die man sich wünscht, vor allem eine Spülmaschine, was den Abwasch ruck zuck gewährt um am Pool zu liegen und einen fantastischen Ausblick genießen zu können. Morgens auf der Terrasse zu Frühstücken und den Tag zu planen und Abends den Grill, der in einem separaten Raum mit Küchenmöbiliar ausgestattet einen absoluten Grillspaß verspricht und wir haben oft den Grill an geschmissen. Bei einem Glas Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen und einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang zu genießen, war für uns ein Erlebnis.
Der Kiesel Strand ist vom Haus über einen kleinen Waldgang mit Treppen zu erreichen. Von dort aus kann man auf der Promenade die Landschaft und die Gegend erkunden.
Wir haben uns in den 10 Tagen wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und hervorragend erholt. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend und wir konnten mit allen Fragen jederzeit auf sie zukommen.
Wir können eine Buchung des Hauses definitiv weiterempfehlen und wir werden sicherlich nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen sein.
Vielen Dank Eli für diesen tollen Aufenthalt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Idealer Ort um Auszuspannen. Geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wunderschöne kleine Bucht zum Baden in unmittelbarer Nähe , Zugang über eine lange Treppe. Tourist Information und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
