The location of the place is excellent - a few minutes walk, cross a busy road and you are at the beach. It is a quite place with loads of trees and a garden. I really liked a small shared kitchen with a fridge. The caretakers are really nice.
The place is next to a huge open drain.. which does bring in a lot of mosquitoes, specially if you want to sit outdoors in the evening.

The staff are very hospitable and helpful. They do their best to make you feel welcome. I also liked the fact that the beach was just a two minutes’ walk away
The property is nice but what I hated was that it was in the vicinity of a “river” (more
like sewage) that sometimes gave off a lot of smell. Also, there was no AC in my room, there was just a ceiling fan.

Price was good and host was lovely
Received lots of insect bites. Had to move out to stop being bitten. Poor mosquito net setup and property is right next to a mini swamp, so stagnant water
