Paulo was a great host and gave good recommendations for things to do in the area. We had lovely conversation over breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean and the location of the property is excellent, right next to the old town.
The room did not have AC but this was ok given the price point.

location was perfect for our needs and breakfast was very good! Paolo was nice enough to meet some of our needs.
it was not possible to use the leaving room/dine area for a pizza or to relax during the evening and you are required to only use your room - so it’s a pure B&B. While this seems to be regulated with some kind of law in Sardinia, it is not what I was looking for.
