This unique 6BR gem combines two of our very finest adjacent 3BR residences, Konea 625 and 629, to create a gorgeous 6th-floor masterpiece, perfectly suited to larger groups or families.
With a vantage point above the palm trees, the ocean views from this location are among the best in the entire resort. The glass-railed lanais allow you to soak up stunning vistas of spinner dolphins chasing sailboats between the islands throughout the year. In the winter months, you will have an incredible vantage point to witness Maui's seasonal residents, the humpback whales.
The generous 3220 sq ft of combined interior living space provides ample room for family and friends to gather and reconnect. The 450 sq ft of combined lanai space offers more room to soak up the gorgeous Maui outdoors and take in the direct ocean views. Everywhere you turn, you are reminded you are on Maui, with abundant ocean views from nearly every room, including some amazing "pillow views" from the plush mattresses with upgraded linens.
Thoughtfully upgraded with travertine floors, exquisite granite countertops, and lovely wood cabinetry, these suites have a modern feel filled with warmth and the aloha spirit. Enjoy all of the creature comforts and conveniences in your home away from home.
The opportunity to make every meal an experience is supported by professional chefs' kitchens in each residence. The kitchens are well-equipped with Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a Vitamix blender for your culinary creativity. There is no corkage fee on your lanai, and the built-in professional wine cooler keeps your selections at the perfect temperature.
The four primary bedrooms each feature a sumptuous king-size bed, while one of the guest bedrooms is outfitted with a king-size bed, and the other guest bedroom offers two queen-size beds. For added flexibility, the king-size bed in the guest bedroom can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge. For additional sleeping capacity, one of the residences has a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room, bringing the total combined sleeping capacity to 16.

Honua Kai is absolutely fantastic! Beautiful property and close beach access makes it perfect! We have stayed here before and will definitely be back! Condo association was easy to deal with as well. I can’t say enough good things! Our family vacation was amazing!

We had a great experience. The rental company did great. My only comments are more related to the property. The parking was pretty sparse. But it was spring break. And it would be amazing if there were any stores or a restaurant on-property that serves food after 9pm. The restaurant and stores close pretty early.
The early checkout is a bit tough so consider that when planning your activities. But the units we had were great and had beautiful views! It’s a great place to stay!

EVERYTHING about our stay at Honua Kai/ Konea Tower was perfect! The 2 condos that we rented were next door to each other, very nice, very clean, & had just about everything we needed, including beach chairs & a cooler. Perfect for our large family of parents, adult children, & grandchildren. The parking garage with easy access was also a bonus!
Communication with the management company was a breeze! Everyone that I emailed, or spoke to on the phone was professional & very pleasant.
We had a couple of requests - 2 Pack n Plays, which were delivered before we arrived, & 2 futons ( for 2 teenagers that didn’t want to share beds), which were delivered within an hour!
When the electronic lock on the front door stopped working, the management company sent a repairman over immediately. The lock could not be fixed, so it was replaced with a new electronic lock first thing the next morning. The management company, Maui Resort Rentals, was very quick to respond!
We also really enjoyed the location of the resort. Whaler’s Village & Lahaina were not too far away, there was a lot with a variety of food trucks next to the resort, & a market across the street.
The small convenience store located near the lobby area of the resort, had a large selection of fresh food, packaged food, as well as souvenirs. We also enjoyed Duke’s Restaurant, located on the property.
It was a wonderful vacation for me & my family & we hope to stay there again someday!

We enjoyed our stay. We actually rented both condos and had room for 3 families. The location was perfect and the complex was great for us. The only small complaint I have is that there were roaches. So I would suggest bringing zip lock bags to store any food you may have.
