Our overall experience was fantastic. We had an issue with ants in our unit in the beds, night stands, bathrooms, carpets and the kitchen (counter, stove, coffee pot and toaster areas). It was difficult to get the issue resolved. There were some communication issues about this issue- with a third-party from what I understand - that impacted our stay from check in through approximately the middle of our stay. We had several maintenance calls who brought in orange ant spray, and paper towels over a course of a few days, and then finally pest control came, and then we had roaches all over the patio and got into the unit because of the spraying of the outdoor grounds. That seemed to work for a day or so and then the ants returned, but we didn’t contact anybody about it because I was so frustrated by that point. Outside of that issue the best part about where we stayed was the proximity to everything, and the fact that everybody had a king bed - that was particularly great, and the 2 units accommodated all 11 of us very comfortably. I would actually book the villas again… But probably not the main floor due to the insect/bugs issues. I do want to make a comment on the professionalism and friendliness of the maintenance crew, as well as my communication with security, which I was referred to a couple of times in error, but everybody was very pleasantly accommodating to the best of their ability.

We rented 2 units. They were perfect. We had a group of 14, ranging from 65-12. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, the condos were clean and well kept, plenty of space for our meals with all of us, we cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner every day were there. Close walk to the beach, 3 pools, close to stores, short Uber ride to other beaches. It was amazing and I wouldn’t change a thing about our trip, besides booking a luau months in advance.
