規模、場所の割にレストランが良かった。景色も料理も内容も満足。24時間営業ではないがコンビニも建物内にある。
フロントまでのアクセスがわかりにくい。産業振興センター駅からは表示なし。ただ、なんとなく進んでいけばたどり着く。

宿泊階に設置されている自動販売機の決済方法は普段利用していないアプリを利用する必要があったので普及している電子決済を選択できる自動販売機に変更して欲しいです。

窓からの景色が良かった！！ シーサイドラインの駅から徒歩1分、近かった。金沢区、磯子区付近で過ごす方の宿泊にはオススメできる。建物の下のフロアはオフィスで、フロントが2階で、20～22階ぐらいが客室だったような気がする。静かに落ち着いて過ごしたい方には最適です。ビデオも充実。コスパは良いです。
受付の際、日産スタジアムへの片道所要時間を尋ねても即答できず、ＰＣ検索。およその時間を即答してほしかった。
コンビニローソン：鍵と一緒に渡されたカードには24時間営業とあったのに、実際は20時閉店だった。翌朝までハラペコでした。 各階の部屋が「目」の字状の配置だが、エレベーター位置がわかりにくい。看板で明示して欲しい。
