About this house rental
Every one will love this luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom condo in the exclusive Mariner's Club gated community. This unit is located in the Sailfish Building which is closest to the Ocean with the Best views of any building in the complex. Directly on the ocean with a fantastic South exposure Sunny deck in the winter and shaded deck in the summer. It is on the first floor and the rear balcony has steps to the beach and pool. This unit is handicap accessible if needed.
This condo will comfortably sleep 6 persons in beds. 2,100 square feet (all one floor) of living space. The Condo has marble tile throughout. Private oceanfront balcony accessible from the great room and master suite. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors completely open both rooms to the porch and ocean views.
Great room has open floor plan, with dining table to sit 8. 60" Big Screen TV.
High Speed WIFI is included.
Kitchen is well stocked with Subzero style refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and all the tools for a vacation chef. Separate Ice Machine. Elegant serving platters for entertaining. First Class Kitchen.
This Designer condo has elegant fixtures and state of the art kitchen appliances. Open living spaces with views of the ocean from practically every room.
The Master Suite has a King size bed with TV and private large bath that includes a jetted tub, shower, twin sinks, toilet and bidet. The Second master suite has a king size bed with TV and private marble tile bath/shower and toilet. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV . All linens are 600 thread count for luxury sleeping!

Amenities include the largest pool in the Keys, 1/2 acre of swimming pool in an oceanfront lagoon-style, and a second club house pool, which is a championship pool for serious swimmers. Both pools have restroom facilities. Exercise fitness center located in the Tarpon Building. Grotto Jacuzzi is also available for your enjoyment. Pools are open from 8 am to 9 pm daily.
Owner has ample pool toys and rackets for tennis and paddles for pickle ball and beach toys for the kids.
Resort has 1 tennis court, 2 pickle ball courts, and 2 basketball hoops.
Marina: Boaters have an exceptional 43 slip full service marina which accommodates 60 foot vessels. The Marina has an observation platform which you can see Molasses Reef lighthouse, recently rated The most popular dive reef in North America. Fishing from this pier is allowed and a chance to catch an excellent meal. Rent a slip for $3.00 per board foot per night. When you make your reservation there is no guarantee that a boat slip will be available so it is important to make boat reservations in advance.
This is a gated community, which controls the persons that enter into the complex. If you have guests they must be registered. Otherwise there cannot be any entry. You will have to fill out a Registration form for Mariner's Club Guard House. If your guest is not on the list, no entry will be allowed. Contact the Property Manager for guests list.
Outstanding array of restaurants are available a short distance from the complex.

Terrific, well-stocked, roomy condo. Very comfy beds and plenty of comfortable seating. Nice pools. Responsive management. Hit all the main criteria. Loved this property and would stay again!

We loved this property/unit. Sitting out on the patio each day with the ocean view was a huge plus. Honestly, we used very few of the main property amenities because relaxing on our unit patio was the best. The unit was as advertised and had plenty of seating in the living room and dining room. As already stated, the view was great! We fished of the property pier with rented rods from Captain Pete's and there was no need for a license as long as we only fished off the property pier. The only small downside to this unit was that two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. That would normally not be a problem, but the bathroom is attached to one of the bedrooms and the occupants of the other bedroom must go through the other bedroom to access it. Honestly, a minor issue, but depending on who is in your group (friends versus family) it is just something to be aware of in advance. There is a powder bathroom with a toilet only that can be accessed by the third bedroom from the hallway. We we definitely rent this unit again if we travel to Key Largo!

The unit itself was nice but it was very dirty. Many areas in the place needed to be touched up.
