1400 sf Townhome, 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed, 2 baths, large master shower and large closet. Great Patio with covered area and open area, impeccable landscaping for comforting relaxation. Remodeled Kitchen. Very quiet and comfortable. NO Pets, No Kids. Adult Community one person must be 55 or over. Located just off the 101 at Union Hills. Shopping and restaurants very close by. 2 community pools. One is about 3 blocks away. Tennis courts and various other amenities are available. Or call 708and299and7722.

Every year since I retired in 2015 I rent a house in Arizona so I can attend Mariner spring training. Of all the houses I have rented this has to be the best one of all. The house is just 5 minutes away from the Peoria Sports Complex which is very nice. You have a Costco, Super Walmart and large mall in the same area but the neighborhood is very quiet.
The owner Tony is just great to rent from. I had sent two different emails asking questions but instead of replying with an email he called me. I met a few of the neighbors who were all very nice and pleasant to talk to. You would not be disappointed to stay at this property.
