Beautiful property . In a great location . The pool is perfect . The breakfast provided each day is the best we’ve had on our stay in Italy .

The accommodation is located in a building that has a common entrance area and three private separate rooms with their own bathrooms. All three rooms have a queen size bed and two bunk beds. Our room also had second room which was a sitting room. The breakfast building was a separate unit with the one long side all glass so you felt as if you were out of doors. Both buildings are poolside, with gardens surrounding them. The host, Tonino was very personable. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with home made traditional items (made by the host's spouse) as well as the most amazing croissants, toast, cereal, yogurt, juices, milk and fresh fruit, including what Tonino picked from his fruit trees. The bed was comfortable. We could control the room temperature easily. Room was very clean and roomy. Parking was on site, not on the road. Our host asked us to call him if we were lost or needed any assistance while we were away from the property.
