Oltre alla colazione presso un bar vicinissimo alla struttura, nella camera c'era macchina per il caffè e vari snack per colazione, cosa che altre strutture offrono come "colazione inclusa". Inoltre bibita e acqua nel frigorifero, sempre inclusi. Essendo la nostra partenza di domenica ed il bar associato chiuso, era prevista la colazione in un altro bar, sempre molto vicino. La struttura è in ristrutturazione esternamente, mentre all'interno tutto era perfettamente fruibile. Ciò che la struttura offre è di livello superiore.
Non abbiamo trovato subito il parcheggio custodito convenzionato con la struttura perchè non recava lo stesso nome Boutique Suites o Palazzo Crati; poi essendo la città disposta su varie altezze e con viuzze piccole ed alcune senza nome è stato un po' complicato orientarci. Comunque l'edificio è in pieno centro, che è affascinante ma un po' impegnativo per chi non è del luogo, o almeno per noi è stato così.
