It was comfortable and neat..breakfast was good. Dinner options needed more variety. WiFi actually worked in the hotel rooms. Netflix and prime was helpful. Staff friendly. The electric blanket and heater helped us brave the cold weather.
Towels were not changed daily however when reported it was replaced. No DStv to catch the rugby but we managed to use another pub nearby. It would have been helpful to have a microwave in the room or in communal area.

The Location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and we felt welcomed. The Place is beautiful and clean

The grounds are lovely, especially for a family. Nice big lodge room with activities and a pool. Very close to activities & hiking in Champagne Valley.
Strict restriction on alcohol (not served, not allowed in common spaces) which was disappointing as wine is an important part of the experience in this region. There is no Aircon in the delux bungalos which made for a less comfortable night's sleep. There is also no wifi unless in the common areas. The breakfast was OK.
