The property is breathtaking. The labor of love that Varno puts into his land is so obvious. Our room (Lavanda) was incredibly clean, keeps to the traditional style but everything is updated. Varno is a humble and friendly host. Make sure to book a table at his Osteria for a lovely treat! Also his wines are a gem! Bonus: the dogs are so sweet and friendly.
The sunset view is so beautiful that it might ruin other sunsets for the rest of my life…

A lovely place with peace and quiet. Very clean and nice apartment. Varno's cooking is delicious and he is super friendly. we will definitely come back here.

Very beautiful and authentic place, really suited to relax and also to enjoy the surroundings and visit other places within Toscane. The owner (Varno) is really hospitable, kind and generous. His wine and food (which he can cook for you on site at his own restaurant/osteria) is very authentic as well and truly delicious, with a special atmosphere. The apartments are very clean and his place overall is very well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone.
