Il posto auto, la bella vista del giardino e la posizione abbastanza vicina al centro anche se raggiungibile in macchina.
Il fatto che non usciva acqua calda anche dopo tanto tempo, un odore strano almeno il primo giorno, inoltre non era presente l'asciugamano viso. Ad ogni modo è fattibile per soggiorno brevi.

La struttura ha un parcheggio proprio davanti la casa, comodo. Ha una scala facile da salire. E' un ambiente pulito. Chi gestisce vive nell'appartamento accanto ed è sempre disponibile. Basta chiedere. Pero' chiamare a mezzanotte sarebbe approfittarsi...
Non c'è nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua in frigo. Non ci sono nè tazze nè bicchieri a disposizione per farsi un tè. Ho chiesto la colazione per 5 persone, specificando che io avevo bisogno di un latte non di mucca e ci hanno fatto trovare il latte di riso per tutti (ce lo siamo andati a comprare il latte per gli altri 4) Il caffè ce lo portano in un bicchierino, è vero che se lo richiedi ne portano ancora, ma avere le cialde e la macchina a disposizione era meglio (avrebbe anche risparmiato 1 caffè).
