Versilia Residence

Come stare a casa. Tanti servizi aggiunti e tutto ben pensato. Letto comodo con memory e cuscini a scelta, lenzuola morbide, ho apprezzato molto perché è quello che rende un soggiorno molto più confortevole e bello. Cucina attrezzata, lavastoviglie e macchina da caffè. Lavatrice in bagno. Ci hanno fornito la culla per il bambino anche se abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo momento. Adatto anche a bambini di varie età, e con ascensore e vista mare. Posto molto comodo vicino al mare e alla passeggiata di Lido di Camaiore e tanti ristoranti. Gestione molto gentile e molta disponibilità e celerità.

Premesso che ci tornerei perché ci e’ piaciuto l’appartamento l’unica cosa che potrei considerare come difficoltà e’ il parcheggio la sera e di venerdi, immagino anche l’weekend. Se si riesce a fornire un parcheggio a pagamento per chi vuole tutto stress free, darebbe un plus.

Bright, specious apartment in a quite green area close to the sea, market, restaurants, cafe, pastisseria etc. Modern 5-story building with a private parking, lift and daily cleanig of lobby and stairways. Very comfortable beds and sofas, 2 balconies, big garderobe, srong wifi, fully completed kitchen. All furniture in an exellent condition, no smell, no damages. About 7 a.m. there is a little bit sharp sound from the street, when a garbage truck works, but not daily. It is over soon and almost unobtrusive, if the windows are closed. Very friendly hostess provided us quick check-in and granted some special Italian gifts. Nice and kind attitude and immidiate assistance. If you travel by car and want to combine beaches and excursions, wine tours and museums, that is the right location. Absolutely acceptable for families or small group of friends for their vacation on Tuscan Riviera...

Parking space isn't guaranteed. On Friday evening and Saturday we had to park outside and on Saturday it wasn't easy to find a parking space in the area as it was quite busy.

Die Lage war hervorragend, nur wenige Meter vom Strand und der Promenade entfern. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Leider gehört kein fester Parkplatz zur Wohnung. Man musste daher jedes Mal nach einen kostenlosen Parkplatz suchen oder auf einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz ausweichen. Was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch am meisten überschattet hat, war die Tatsache, dass uns Bargeld aus der Wohnung entwendet wurde. Wir können nicht mit Sicherheit sagen, wer dafür verantwortlich war, da nur wir sowie die Eigentümerin bzw. Betreuerin einen Schlüssel hatten. Dennoch hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Wohnung durch die zwei abschließbaren Türen grundsätzlich sicher sein sollte. Ich muss aber dazu sagen, dass die Wohnung einen Safe hat und jeden Gast empfehlen seine Wertsachen dort aufzubewahren. Leider haben wir den Safe nicht genutzt, da wir gedacht haben, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock und mit den zwei abschließbaren Türen ausreichend sicher ist.
