not a comfortable stay

Unfortunately, the experience at this apartment was disappointing. When my clients arrived, one of the showers was very badly clogged, which meant six people had to share a single shower the first night. The plumber came the next morning to clean out the clog, but problems like this should have been addressed before check-in. It also raised concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment, as a properly cleaned shower would have revealed the issue earlier. To make matters worse, there was a noticeable fly infestation when the clients arrived — flies were all over the ceilings, which was extremely unpleasant. Although the host said cleaners would return after the concern was raised, they did not arrive until after 6pm on the third day. As a result, the clients were left with only one functioning shower after returning from the beach as the cleaner was cleaning the other one. Out of a three-night stay, the family had just one night with full use of the showers. Additionally, one of the shower doors did not close properly — they had to shower with one foot bracing it to avoid getting hit. This experience was far from the “luxury home” that was advertised.

Esperienza pessima Assolutamente sconsigliato

Avevamo prenotato con largo anticipo questo alloggio a Viareggio in occasione del Carnevale, uno dei periodi più affollati dell’anno. Siamo partiti con i nostri due bambini di 4 e 7 anni, convinti di avere una sistemazione sicura. Alle 11 del mattino del giorno stesso l’host ci ha inviato un audio per comunicarci che non poteva più ospitarci per overbooking. Una gestione gravissima e totalmente irresponsabile. A Viareggio non c’era più disponibilità da nessuna parte proprio a causa del Carnevale, e ci siamo ritrovati con due bambini piccoli senza un posto dove andare, all’ultimo minuto e senza alcuna reale assistenza o soluzione alternativa proposta dall’host. Un comportamento poco serio e altamente scorretto, che ha rovinato un weekend organizzato con entusiasmo per la nostra famiglia. Assolutamente sconsigliato.
