Its a lovely property with a helpful host. The patio and gazebo are lovely.
There is not much indoor common space.

Our family's stay at Apartment Rosandić in the small village of Smoljanac was even better than we expected. Dragana was a very helpful host, who met us to explain everything and offered a larger house option as it was available, and also gave useful tips for the local area. We still stayed in the Apartment which we booked and it was a good size for 6 adults. This is the perfect location close to Plitvice Lakes NP by car and there are some restaurants nearby too. The best part was the outdoor seating and fireplace for cooking and relaxing in summer.

Close to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Very clean and quiet. Lots of restaurants within a short drive.

Absolutely loved our stay near Plitvice Lake! The apartment was spotless—super clean and really comfortable, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. All the facilities were spot on, and you could tell the place is really cared for. It’s in such a peaceful spot too, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring. Plitvice National Park was only a short drive away (about 15 minutes), so it was really easy to visit whenever we wanted. There’s also a grocery store close by, which made things so convenient. We honestly wish we had booked one more night—next time, we’ll definitely stay at least two days! This is the perfect base if you’re heading to Plitvice and want a calm, comfortable place to unwind.
