Beautiful, clean home with comfortable beds. We were a group of 6 unrelated adults and were very happy in this house. The location near Plitvice Lakes was perfect, with convenient access to a grocery store (4 km away) and a neighborhood restaurant. There were ripe plums on the trees, which was a bit of a treat. Everything’s was great. No washing machine and the oven was broken, but these were small things and easily done without. We really loved our stay!

Posizione ideale. La casa è come descritta nell'annuncio, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort è situata poco lontano dai laghi di Plitvice.Sicuramente consigliato!

Der schattige Garten mit Liegen und Badminton / Volleyballfeld und zwei Terassen war das Highlight des Objekts, die Nähe (15 km) zu den Plitvitzer Seen und die Lage des Hauses in der Natur (Wandermöglichkeiten!) haben wir auch sehr genossen.
Leider hat das Haus schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, die Abflüsse stanken zum Himmel, manche Fenster ließen sich kaum öffnen, bei anderen hatte man Angst gleich den Flügel in der Hand zu halten. Alles war ein bisschen muffig, das liegt vermutlich auch daran dass man im Haus rauchen darf. Im WC fehlte die Klobrille, die angeblich die Vormieter zerstört haben - das wäre aber sicherlich schnell zu reparieren gewesen. Den Fernseher haben wir zwar nicht gebraucht, aber eine Handvoll kroatische Kanäle auf einem Monitor-großen Schirm ist auch nicht unbedingt zeitgemäß. Die beiden anderen preislich ähnlichen Objekte in unserem Urlaub hatten Netflix ... Zu dritt war das Haus luxuriös groß, zu acht muss man sich schon sehr lieb haben.
Der Check-In war von beispielsloser Kürze, wir hatten zunächst kein warmes Wasser (Boiler musste eingeschaltet werden), wussten bis zum Schluss nicht wo und wann wir den Müll rausstellen sollten (die Tonnen quollen schon zu Anfang über) und es gab Null Infos (weder schriftlich noch mündlich, auch nicht nach Nachfrage) über Einkaufen, Essen, Wandern, ... in der Nähe des Objekts. Ja, in Corona-Zeiten ist alles etwas anders, aber die anderen Vermieter haben das auch irgendwie hinbekommen.
