Amazing view of onomichi from our room, traditional japanese vibes and a nice coffee shop. Right beside the temple.
Long stairs to reach the property so you need to be fit. The bar was empty both night we stayed and bar staff were not conversational.

Really homely guesthouse, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. And with a fantastic view!
The kitchen is not that well equipped.

We stayed for 1 night while cycling part of the Shimanami kaido. The guesthouse had stunning views and felt very traditional. Woken by natural light for a beautiful sunrise.
As they warned us - it was a long climb up with heavy suitcases!
