The location is to find and Lorraine was very clear in her communication. It is a great family place, happy to have been accommodated at short notice. Within 10 to 20 minutes of all the amenities you might need.
A fireplace would be great, most places we have stayed in the area have a fireplace for the very cold Midlands winters. But the electric blankets helped.

The hosts were wonderful. They expected us; welcomed us and showed us our cottage. The breakfast was excellent with muesli cereals fruit yoghurt juices muffins lovely fresh bread coffee tea and a full English breakfast was served. Excellent location and such good suggestions for exploring the area. The room / our cottage was exactly as per the photos. It was spotlessly clean with beautiful white linen and electrical blankets.
There was really nothing that we did not like.

Communication from Lorraine and link to stay via whatsapp was really appreciated. She knows her surroundings in the Midlands very well and make excellent meandering trip recommendations. The space in the room was wonderful. Fantastic breakfast and more than enough. Warm and comfy stay.
They are busy with maintenance and could the worker be better managed to get back to the outside of breakfast area after breakfast was served.

It was super amazing spot. Super friendly, welcoming and made the stay feel like I was at home. Amazing breakfast also prepared in the morning.
