Great location! The staff were so amazing, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome every single day. Fery the manager of hotel was so kind always available to help me. I really enjoyed the friendliness of this accommodation… I will be back!!

Overall, a beautiful , chilled place to stay, we loved it!

Peaceful surrounds away from the hecticness but close enough to walk everywhere. Breakfast good and staff wonderful. We stayed in a delux double, it was really lovely. The pool was beautiful.

It was off season so that could be the reason but the restaurant area had nothing going on outside breakfast time. Even though technically open, we probably would have spent more time there otherwise. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8 so we missed it on our 2 early departures, no offer of takeaway box. Housekeeping wise, our room got made up but coffee, glasses, cups weren’t topped up/ changed.

Beautiful place in a great location close to everything. Breakfast was delicious too.

The aircon didn’t work for the first 3 hours and ouur room door wouldn’t lock in the last two days, my husband had to jump through the window to be able to lock our door.

Perfect place to have a calm stay in busy city center

Perfect location, close to all restaurants, massage places and other activities. Resort had a parking place so it was good for taxi cars to come pick us up. Beautiful pool and the whole resort area was very stylish, as well as our room. Tasty breakfast! We prolonged our stay in this resort, that’s how much we liked it. Staff was super helpful and ready to help us in every situation.

We enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this resort.

The premises were lovely, with plenty of plants and nice decor. The pool was excellent, the food onsite was good, particularly for breakfast, and the staff were excellent, attentive, helpful and friendly.

The last 3 days of our 6 day stay there were workmen doing building work at the resort. This meant a lot of drilling and sawing and noise during parts of the day which was a bit of a shame. The manager did apologise for this.

Beautiful accommodation with comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The restaurant is beautiful with an incredible view. The location is perfect - a 2 minute walk to the main street of Ubud. The pool is absolutely gorgeous.

This is not a good accommodation for anyone with mobility issues as there are multiple steps to each level.

Close to center and close to cafes

Toilet need to be replace, and staff need to be serve equal. As not all balinese who spending time with westener are driver. When we check in (book on my name) they keep asking where are the other guest, as i said those two stay in 1 room and i will stay my own. The staff (man) took us to the rooms it seem unfriendly to me as balinese, Please make sure your front office staff can be friendly to balinese either foreigner

Beautiful resort in the central of Ubud, but still has a very peaceful atmosphere with their pool area. Onsite restaurant where quality and prices are perfect combined with a great service. In general you can feel home thanks for the attention and endless kindness of the staff.

Hidden Oasis in the heart of Ubud.

Stunning gardens & pool area. Extremely relaxing, really good wifi and breakfast. Staff was lovely and helpful. Beds very comfortable. That’s my second time staying at this hotel. Last time I was in Ubud it was booked out and I had a very bad experience with another hotel. So from now on i will only stay at the Jungle Resort.

Perfection

The location was perfect - away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud but close enough to travel easily. Lots of lovely restaurants close by. Beautifully located amongst the jungle. The resort itself was stunning - beautiful pool and the restaurant on site had fantastic food! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful!

The 3 levels of stairs to get down into the villa were not mentioned at all in the description on Booking.com.. a little annoying after a while and late at night poor lighting can be a bit unsafe..probably more related to older people Generally the room looked a bit worn out and tired and outside patio tiles chipped and worn Plunge pool tiles worn and stained No hanging rails in bathroom for any towels Loose stones under bath when walked upon Safe in wardrobe too low to access-- why not position it higher ? No Shelving inside shower alcove which meant you had to bend down to the floor to pick up soap etc Toilet roll dispenser positioned right behind toilet making getting paper difficult Shower head was broken and leaking on arrival- this was fixed promptly Timber flooring on shower floor was slippery and uneven- a real falls hazard

The amazing staff, the cleanliness, the quiet atmosphere, and the great location (close to center).

The only downside was the breakfast menu, which felt a bit limited and repetitive, definitely room for improvement there.

Little oasis in Ubud. Loved it!

Everything was amazing. Great Location. Beautiful staff. Breakfast was fresh and lovely. Room was large with a large bathroom. Super close to art market and just a little walk to restaurants. Will definitely stay there again. Price was great also. Thank you to the lovely Jungle Haven staff.

A hidden, cosy gem perfectly positioned in the middle of everything

Nice clean rooms. Quiet and hidden off main road. Location was fantastic and perfectly placed in the middle of everything we wanted to experience. Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.

The number of steps to get down to our room and even more steps down to the pool was a surprise to us. We had our little boy with us and a pram so had we known about the steps we probably wouldn’t have booked. However we ended up having a wonderful stay so it worked out well.

Truly a “Jungle Haven!”

This was such a beautiful surprise. We booked it, not knowing exactly how it would be, but we were delighted to experience the magic of the lush nature on the grounds and the beautiful design of the space. We had booked a more basic room and the water pressure was really low and challenging in both the shower and the sink, so they upgraded us to an even better room at the same initial price. This just goes to show how great the service and staff are here - especially Bayou! He was such an amazing staff member who helped us during our stay. We will definitely be back here again!

Area and feel of the location were good, easy to get out into the main areas of town

Breakfast was very average and the breakfast staff seemed annoyed that we wanted breakfast. The first night we had lots of bugs in the bed and when we told reception they did not seem bothered, after we asked they eventually changed the sheets.

A quiet hideaway you would not imagine in this area.

A hidden gem in the busy buzz of Ubud. It was very quiet and super enjoyable. Staff were super nice and accommodating, seemed very shy.

A rainy but comfortable stay in the jungle

Room was big and clean, the bed was very nice and was a four poster. We had a nice balcony with a great view of the pool, although we never actually got in it as it was raining pretty much the whole time we were there which was a shame as it looked nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Food wasn't particularly great. We went for lunch on our arrival day and it wasn't something we went back for again. The chicken burger was fake chicken and everything was a little bit cold.

Jungle setting in the middle of Ubud - Property and service was very nice - good breakfast - Ecca our waiter breakfast was very good.

Stairs were a little slippery - if you don’t like stairs - be careful. Cocktails are all made on Arak and too strong - maybe need lessons in cocktail making

An oasis of serenity amidst the bustling city.

Great location, the nicest staff, amazing breakfast, fantastic room and design, huge bathroom and beautiful pool with greenery. A literal hidden gem in the heart of Ubud. I can only recommend.

I liked everything, I only have a suggestion. By putting a bug-screen on the door, the bugs could be kept out while still getting fresh air during the night without AC. Other than this, everything was fantastic.

Average Resort to stay in Ubud

Reasonable option to stay in Ubud un comparison to the other pricy hotels and resorts The location was great and near the main street The bathroom was huge and clean The Balcony was big and nice forest view The TV had Youtube option, so no need to stuck to the available useless channels list

The balcony door was not closing properly so many insects found their way to the room Breakfast was not that great, juices not fresh and food not very tasty I didnt try the pool it was many stairs down from my room Too dark during night time with many stairs up or down , be careful if you have kids or old people

A delghtful respite from the Ubud chaos outside.

This is a small almost intimate resort with a lovely pool, more than adequate a la carte breakfast and excellent reasonably priced restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Fery, Ika & Eta. Restaurants, exchange and massage just outside and a short walk to the main street attractions. The many stairs improved our mid 70s muscle tones. Rooms are big enough and privatised by copious vegetation. Lots of squirrels, butterflies, birds and geckos in this jungle setting. The ants don't sting and mossies were unagressive. Overall a nice place for a party-free restful stay.

The new owner is progressively updating the place and we experienced occasional glitches which were satisfactorily dealt with. Nothing really negative to report.
