Lekker ontbijt, goed geregeld en klaargezet op het moment dat wij aangaven. De locatie midden in Zeist was goed, je kan overal makkelijk heen.
Het was heet die dag, dus de kamer ook van binnen helaas. Niet direct de locatie aan te rekenen. Wel was de kamer wat gedateerd en de handdoeken waren wat oud en roken niet erg fris. Een koelkast op de kamer zou een pre zijn geweest.

De vriendelijke uitbater, de kamer waar alles wat nodig was aanwezig was, in de dichte nabijheid van het park en de winkelstraat.ook heel leuk en makkelijk dat je ter plaatse kon dineren (zeer lekker),het ontbijt was met genoeg keuze mogelijkheden en vers geperst fruitsap.ook glutenvrij ontbijt was geen enkel probleem!
De uitbater had de bel bij aankomst niet gehoord dus even buiten moeten wachten,na een telefoontje kwam hij ons binnenlaten.het diner had wel wat tijd in beslag genomen, van 19u tot 21u30 (de uitbater stond er die avond denk ik alleen voor) maar het was echt wel zeer lekker en we hebben die tijd gebruikt om bij te babbelen 😉.

The owner was nice, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was very good. The room needs a major refresh.
The room, while mostly clean, had stained carpeting and janky fixtures in the bathroom. Spilled coffee mingled with the dust on the table with the espresso machine in our room.
