Great location, spacious and clean
The only inconveniences were beyond the control of our hosts

They have an excellent location, and it's very easy to get around on foot through all the touristy spots in Palermo.
When we alerted them to a problem with the shower, it got fixed the following day.
The bathroom had glass walls aka if you're traveling with someone, they could see inside the bathroom while you're in there. Especially for the shower it is absolutely shown to the room. With my friend we took turns waiting outside the room while the other showered.
Also the room is advertised that it has a bed and a sofa bed, but the sofa bed was not made, and honestly I think it would have been very uncomfortable for sleeping too.
Asked the lady at the front desk how come they don't simply stick mate covers on the glass so there is some privacy, but she simply said she didn't know.

Everything was great.

Well located. The bathtub was comfortable.
Lots of space in the room.
No intimacy inside the toilets, because of the transparent door.
The room is noisy, we hear noise from the corridor and from outdoors.
The breakfast is very disappointing: for a "Sicilian breakfast" it is only composed on cakes and has barely anything Sicilian. We need to eat it inside the room on a table too small for two, with only 1 chair - it makes the room dirty. There is not even enough cutlery.
The staff only speaks Italian, and made absolutely no efforts to translate in english.
