Very nice, clean room with a good-sized comfy bed and nice bathroom and working air-conditioning. The breakfast was nice too.
I didn't like the fact that if you're a little late checking out (10am) they charge you... I also tried asking if I could use a bathroom quickly after checking out and received a resounding 'No' despite that fact the room hadn't been cleaned yet.

This is an affordable place to stay. It‘s clean and in a great location.
There is a breakfast, but it is very simple. I think the word „luxury“ may be an overstatement. This is a modest hotel, and it is a great place to sleep or relax in Palermo though!

Location was good. Nice and modern, clean.
The accommodation info is misleading. We booked the Queen Suite which sounded big. But it wasn’t. It said the accommodation had a jacuzzi, a bath robe, 24 hour front desk, and tea/coffee machine. But it didn’t. There was a coffee machine in hallway but I was told it could only be used by the staff. Breakfast was served in the hallway, which only sat 2 people. So if there were two already there we had to put the limited choices on a tray and take to our room.
