The location was great, 5 minutes walk from Teatro Massimo. We booked a drive from the airport in a very resonable price and Angelo waited for us patiently to make sure we arrive safely in the middle of the night. Breakfast was also nice.
The place itself is one floor with a few rooms located within an office building. No sign outside and the street doesn't look very appealing as you arrive (no light at the entrance, graffiti). If we didn't have Angelo with us, we probably wouldn't find the place by ourselves or wouldn'tthinkwe are in the right location. The room's terrace wasn't very clean and pretty basic. Not a pleasant place to sit and have coffee.

Great location, spacious room with great facilities. Very clean, there was a balcony, which was great but it overlooked a car park. Very nice breakfast, with amazing delicious pastries, although more savoury choices would be good, basics like toast or eggs.
Staff very friendly and professional
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on a slab of concrete, which resulted in poor nights sleep. Trouble with the window/door shutter, was not working properly, at times would not budge up or down and then when you did manage to raise it, the shutter would gradually slip back down.
The other thing that was missing were tissues in the bathroom

Everyone on staff was lovely, very welcoming. The breakfast room is big, well stocked and on the terrazzo so it's nice and bright. You can sit inside or outside. I arrived early to drop off my luggage and they told me to help myself to breakfast and they would put my bag in my room when it was ready. The room was huge, with water and a coffee maker. Location is close to the big shopping streets.
The rooms overlook a parking lot which could get a little loud once or twice, but it did settle down so it wasn't a problem.

"The location is incredible, and there is parking right behind the building which was ideal for us with a car rental. It’s a no frills place, and has everything you need for a night or two. The staff i..."
