The room was spacious, clean & beds comfortable. Location convenient - near to MRT station Dukuh Atas (5 mins walk) and walking distance to Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. Breakfast selection was quite good and delicious

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hot water is near immediate and there is a large window with a view.
I wish they did something to address the mosquito presence in the open areas in front of the hotel and where the restaurant terrace is. Sadly the windows are not possible to open which can mean the air gets very dry, a simple solution is to take a long hot shower with the shower and bathroom door open.

The location is amazing.
Has a nice view, sadly no balcony.

It wasn't a huge issue but it shouldn't ever happened there was a hair in the sink.

Location, central, walking distance to: Grand Indonesia mall, the airport train, the subway, the busway.
No major maintenance and upkeep since my first stay 3 years ago. The walls, furnitures, bathroom, could use some deep cleaning or renovation. Linens could be renewed, they feel and look old. It's a shame because it was one of my favorite hotel.
