Room view was very good, a good arrangement to enjoy the ocean. Service team like Hasini was very helpful in getting needed food. Cooks like Chef Madhu, & Chef Ashok were good. The entire service staff from people at gate to service at room, was with a smile.
Some food was not to mark, though expected since it was out of menu request. The chef did check back on quality. Little bit more streamlining on reception and billing (though they did the best).

There is no lift facility from car parking....the route to ground floor lift is not safe

Location is good
Guest receiving is really not good. The front desk employee “Yamini” welcomes you by saying “please be comfortable sir” with really an uncomfortable face. The reason I didn’t give good rating is staff behaviour , this matters most if you are staying in a premium hotel. She’s lying about the billing during the checkout as well. This small cheating a won’t cost us more than 500 or 1000 bucks , but this values the reputation of the premium hotel.
