The hotel room was large and very clean and well fitted. The staff were very friendly and a special mention to Sonya who organised taxis for us and gave helpful advice. Nice pool.

Nice pool, very good breakfast in the room, staff very attentive and collaborating. Also a charming balcony overlooking the pool.

The shower doors leaked a bit and the floor would get really wet. But this was minor compared to all the other beautiful and comfortable things in the room.

Luxurious bed, I haven't slept so well in a long time. Good breakfast, only for work reasons we needed an earlier time, which was not possible.

The pool was open, only there was no water in it. My room had a large fridge and a stove, unfortunately you can't cook anything if you don't have a pan or maybe a pot.

Inside the apartment bathroom very poor bath with shower door so narrow my 6.2” bus and couldn’t stand side on, plenty of mould around the edge of the bath which was very off putting Just needed a little care, list of amenities listed kettle and coffee machine which were important to us but they were not present we mentioned this to the manager who did supply a kettle but said there shouldn’t me a coffee machine so they need to update the description. Bed pillows were stained ! There were extra pillows but no pillow cases for them all. It looking to sanitary Safe didn’t work on request they did give us a key which was a bit stressful as it was stated it’s the only one please don’t loose it ! This meant we had to carry it everywhere all the time as leaving it hidden in the apartment as was suggested by the manager didn’t feel very safe and defeated the object of having one ! However it was a quiet neighbour hood a served its purpose
