We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is very luxurious, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, in a nice area with cafe right next to it, which made everything very convenient.
There is also parking available directly next to the hotel.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially the receptionists Wesam and Younes, who were very welcoming and professional.
The breakfast was outstanding — very delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Clean, bright, modern. Some of the staff were excellent, (I’d like to highlight cleaning staff & the Luggage person), but others were lazy & slipshod. Need more training.
Both my husband & I were indisposed during our stay & had to rely on Room Service entirely….it was abysmal. I ordered a bottle of water which took 55 mins plus four calls to Reception before delivery. Not good enough! However they got us a doctor to the hotel in super fast time which was much appreciated.
