Amazing location, lovely view from the balcony at breakfast, and high was brilliant.
Steep hill to walk up to, but really helpful Neighbour who runs a tuk tuk so all good.

The view from the room and balcony was phenomenal. Plenty of food provided at breakfast. Clean modern room. Owners were helpful with location of places of interest.
Shower needed to be run for 10 mins before hot water arrived. Lodge is not located in walking distance to main dining area, a tuk tuk is needed. However if located in a different area you wouldn't have the view. Up very step hills make sure you are fit!

Comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the mountain. Good breakfast prepared non-dairy for us. We appreciated this. We ate inside on our laps on the couch as it was raining on the balcony on breakfast table. Staff were eager to help.
Bathroom very basic and badly plumbed. Very little water pressure in the shower, No hand towel or bath mat and toilet seat broken. No power points beside the bed. No welcome. Manager did not acknowledge us until I spoke to her, although she had good English. Check-in done on our bed. Staff had no English but we're eager to help. Checkout was done outside. Most hotels in Sri Lanka have been much more welcoming.
