Athens Lycabettus Hill Penthouse, private roof garden & pool

The place is unique for center of Athens. It has a large swimming pool (30m2) at the private roof garden, connected with the apartment through internal stairs. However, it is in the center of Athens not in the suburbs. The apartment is big 160m2 and occupies the whole third floor on a three floor building. However, it feels double size, since guests spend a lot of time at the 130m2 roof garden. The apartment is flooded with light, looking at the hill trees and it has a beautiful fireplace.
The building is very nice and peaceful with five only apartments and it is some meters away from the adjacent building, making it even more peaceful and completely safe.
It is in the center of city and nightlife (7 min away by taxi from the Parliament and Acropolis), but not in the touristic and noisy center. It is in the peaceful area of Lycabettus hill, right at the peripheral road, the highest living point. From the veranda the view is the hill trees, not the neighbor. From the roof garden terrace there is a panoramic view of Athens and hill trees. There is complete privacy, at both the veranda and terrace. You can swim, relax, sunbath or enjoy romance, in a healthy peaceful environment, although in the city center. The large roof garden sees north, south, east and west. It has sun bathing areas and also covered areas, whatever you might prefer during the day. You can cook or order food and have dinner at home by the roof garden pool or at the veranda. You can swim whenever you want, day and night, with no hotel limitations.
The place has a well designed and furnished interior with paintings and decorative objects. It has all the amenities cable TV with sports channels and movies, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning etc.
In short it has it all for a relaxing, exclusive time. It is not hotel or a place to want to rush out. It is a place to stay, enjoy and spend time in the full of light living room or the big veranda facing the hill trees or at the roof garden, swimming and enjoying the view, after a site-seeing or working day. It is a real relaxation vacation home, although in the middle of Athens.
Athens has a wonderful weather almost all year around, so roof garden and swimming pool are enjoyable almost all the rented time.
