About this apartment rental
Looking for a supersize apartment fit for a large family in Athens? Acropolis View Alpha+ might be your perfect penthouse. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-concept, soccer field-sized (almost) living area, up to 13 people will find plenty of room here - all with a lovely view of the Acropolis and Mount Lykavittos.

The landscaped terrace is our pride and joy. It has outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and nap-worthy
BEDROOMS FOR EVERYONE
This duplex penthouse has an oversized, open floor plan kitchen, dining and living area.
Two mainfloor bedrooms and two second level bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - Sleeps 3 - Queen bed, 1 twin bed and an en suite full bathroom
Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 5 - Queen bed, 3 twin beds
On the second level, accessed either by an internal spiral staircase (or for those who like wider stairs, just outside the apartment's front door is a second staircase)
Bedroom 3 - Sleeps 2 adults plus 1 child - Queen + bed child's rollaway - this room connects to
Bedroom 4 - Sleeps 3 - Queen bed and twin bed
The second level bedrooms have direct access to our landscaped private terrace.
**You must be able to climb stairs to access the upper level and terrace**
NOTE: You get the whole place to yourself, no sharing. You won't find our personal belongings in your nightstand.
We've been at this for many years and know how to help travelers make the best of their visit - be it for pleasure or work. Basil and I are full time professional vacation rental managers - you are staying in an intentional holiday home. You won't find anyone's clothes in the drawers but you will find lots of things provided with travelers in mind (some of which are secrets we choose not to share here since that's what makes us special :-)
We'll setup a chat group for your stay - this is the best way to communicate with our team.
When Basil and I are in Athens we do have our own studio in the building - it's on the terrace level (we have our own entrance but you may see us moving across the terrace) - the 2nd level of the property, so you may see us around (and we're always happy to chat & answer any questions in person if you'd like to meet us!)
Wondering what our Athens neighborhood is like & if you can walk to the Acropolis? Use the metro? Tram? Trolley?
Where will you eat? Shop? Find groceries?

The location is great - not far from historical center and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Carole and Basil were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the communication with Carole, Bazil, and Dania was outstanding. Their knowledge of the area and the things to do are fantastic. The apartment is top-notch! I would give this whole experience 10 stars if I could. They helped us navigate the city, found us great transport, and arranged tours. I sure hope to return someday. Thanks for all your care!

This apartment is a must if you are staying in Athens. Carol was a great communicator before we arrived, very patient as I tried to figure out what we wanted to do in terms of day trips and taxi service. Dani met us at the apartment for an easy check in. She was lovely and communicated to us quickly whenever we had a question. Lovely welcome basket with thoughtful Greek goodies. Beds were extremely comfortable, nice sheets and towels even beach towels and robes. There were 11 of us in our group and there was plenty of room. Wonderful view over to the Acropolis from the roof top patio. It was great to be able to lounge up there after a day of walking in the city. The location is great, close enough to walk to the main sights and lots of restaurants in the area. They arranged transport back to the airport and allowed us to leave our luggage there so we could enjoy our last day. We would definitely stay there again and couldn't recommend it more highly. A true 5 star stay.

I have been to Athens over 16 times in my life, and these are the best accommodations I have ever stayed in! They are spacious and beautiful with views of the city and Acropolis, wrap around glass windows and balconies, great rooftop terrace, air conditioning, Internet, cable TV, free phone to call home to America and family in Europe. Awesome beds! Outstanding kitchen! Lidl grocery store across the street. Spotless and well stocked. Next time I will plan my excursions and day trips sooner so that I get to book the amazing Nick and Nadia!Carole and Basil were a wealth of information on getting around Athens and arranging my itinerary to Lesvos. Can't wait to return!
