Very comfortable flat for a family of four, with direct access to the ground-floor pool. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is excellent, on one of the nicest streets in Playa del Carmen.
The rooftop infinity pool is also lovely, although it is adults-only. Unfortunately, even though there was nobody using it, we couldn't enjoy it as a family because we didn't want to leave our son behind.
The terrace leading to the pool is in very poor condition, with broken flooring and exposed rusty metal rods. This is a serious safety hazard, especially for children, and needs to be repaired as soon as possible.
