Appartementhaus Witzmann

Der Gastgeber hat uns die Schlüssel persönlich übergeben, es ist alles ganz unkompliziert, Hr.Hager ist sehr entgegenkommend. Wir waren schon einmal hier zu Gast und haben uns auch diesmal wieder sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist alles da was man braucht. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft im Grünen, toll gelegen direkt am Kurpark.

Zimmer ohne Frühstück

We stayed at the property for the second time, returning after two years. The apartment is close to the city center. You can drive to the nearest metro station and then take the metro to the center of Vienna. There are many parks and places for walks nearby, both in the forest and in the quiet. Hiking trails are well-marked (Kaiser-Franz-Joseph-Jubiläumswarte, Auge Gottes Kapelle, Vöslauer Hütte, Vöslauer Dolomitwerk etc.). Parking is quite convenient, outside, partly under a carport. We had no problems parking our car. There was always a free space.

The apartment needs renovation. This is evident in the details in the kitchen and bathroom, including cracked tiles, missing grout lines, and slightly tilted stairs. Unsecured WiFi network. In the late evening, before midnight, I had the impression that someone in the apartment closer to reception was playing bass guitar. This is unless it was rock music played at a higher volume.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Appartement ist groß genug für 5 Personen mit Kleinkind. Die Küche ist funktionell.

Wir hatten vereinbart, dass ein Gitterbett vorbereitet wird. Darauf wurde leider vergessen, der Kleine schlief dann bei den Eltern im Bett.
