The location is top tier. Close to everything - airport, malls, clubs, hotels, and other activities. The host, Aladin, is amazing and very accommodating. The property is in a gated community with lots of security which makes it very safe. The hosts speak English which made communication very easy.
The place has some strict rules but nothing unreasonable. Electricity is expensive and can be as high as $50 daily. There's so much to like about the place and not much things that you can point out that is unlikable.
