Personnel is great , very clean,near to the beach -5 minutes to go ,15 minutes from the old city, supermarket 1 min. Quiet place in the city centre with a wonderful view from the roof.

Location, location, location! Walking distance from everywhere in town with easily accessible rooms. The rooms are comfy and provide everything you need to prep for the next day out in Chania.
Shower is very small.

Great location, short walk to the beach and the old Venetian port. For excursions the pick up location is right by the hotel so that was nice. Reception was incredibly friendly and inviting and will make you feel at home.

Apartments chania is in a good location since it is 5 mn from the beach and 15 mn from the city old center
The apartments are located in a crowded cross road super noisy, sleeping with the open windows is impossible and the air contidioning was broken, leaking water.
The economy room has a very old bathroom, shower with curtain and also broken, after each shower the bathroom was completely full of water.
The room was not so clean, the drawers and the kitchen features were dirty.
The cleaning service is each try days. On sunday morning there was a strong noise coming from the near room like they were using the drill and at 10 pm the cleaner nocked at the door for cleaning when she was not supposed to weaking up us.
