Location, location, location! Walking distance from everywhere in town with easily accessible rooms. The rooms are comfy and provide everything you need to prep for the next day out in Chania.

The location is wonderful. Walking distance to a lovely beach area with restaurants as well as new town and old town. The studio was updated, comfortable, and clean. The air conditioner was very effective and appreciated.

Personnel is great , very clean,near to the beach -5 minutes to go ,15 minutes from the old city, supermarket 1 min. Quiet place in the city centre with a wonderful view from the roof.

A comfortable, well-equipped stay, close to the city center, with great amenities and daily cleaning

We spent 7 nights in a superior apartment that was very well equipped and had everything we needed: an ironing board and iron, pots, pans in various sizes, an oven with a tray, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The room had a balcony with a small table and chairs, plus a drying rack for clothes and towels — very practical! In the bathroom, we found local (Greek) toiletries, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping was done daily (including trash removal), and every 2–3 days, towels were changed and more thorough cleaning was provided. The building has an elevator, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and although the area is a bit noisy due to the nearby main road, that’s just part of being close to the city center. I definitely recommend checking out the rooftop terrace — a relaxing space with a gazebo, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue — perfect for warm evenings. I would gladly come back!

We had an amazing stay at Apartment Chania. The staff was always super friendly, very professional, and truly committed to making our stay a luxurious one. The apartment was fully equipped, really peaceful, and perfectly located—close to both the center and the beach. On top of that, the terrace was a huge bonus we won’t forget. Definitely a place we’d recommend without hesitation.

Superb stay in Chania

Katerina is a lady of great taste. You can see from how she designs each room and how well she ensure her guests are comfortable with what they might need. I cook quite a fair bit and she gets the best kitchen facilities across my 5wk stay in Greece. Location wise, it is on the city-fringe which is perfect for me as street parking is less challenging and free yet, it is close enough to take a 10-15mins stroll to the heart of Chania if you don’t want to pay for parking or get stressed up about parking in town

I love everything about the stay although do bring along coins for the washing machine and prepare your own detergent as the reception closes at 1pm everyday. So if you need help at the reception, you’ll have to wait for the next morning.

Perfect stay between beach, old town and surroundings of Chania

Modern and very well equipped apartment in Chania at 200m from a very nice sand beach with restaurants and bars. In shortest distance shops for the dayly needs. Easy to acceed and well positioned for touristic trips into the down town as well as to surroundings. Parking places in front of the building. Elevator to second floor. Nice balcony. Very clean and comfortable fit out. Freindly and attentive host. We felt extremly well during our four days stay. On Thursdays there is a nice and colorful farmers market just in front of the building!

Apartments chania is in a good location since it is 5 mn from the beach and 15 mn from the city old center

The apartments are located in a crowded cross road super noisy, sleeping with the open windows is impossible and the air contidioning was broken, leaking water. The economy room has a very old bathroom, shower with curtain and also broken, after each shower the bathroom was completely full of water. The room was not so clean, the drawers and the kitchen features were dirty. The cleaning service is each try days. On sunday morning there was a strong noise coming from the near room like they were using the drill and at 10 pm the cleaner nocked at the door for cleaning when she was not supposed to weaking up us.

Awesome location&staff! Nearby transparent beach and 10min from Chania City!

When it comes to how well the apartment is situated, you’re 10minutes on foot from Chania old town City. The Nea Chora Beach, one of the popular ones, is 5minutes on foot too. Just right next to the apartment, there’s a big supermarket, so pretty convenient all around! When it comes to the staff, every one of them were very helpful & they wanted to help you with every problem you might have. The staff are very easy going and friendly, they want you to feel as comfortable as possible and have the best stay in crete. Do not hesitate asking the staff any questions cause they might surprise you with, for example, nice “secret” beach locations. Little tip -> there’s a “hidden” open rooftop that i discovered in the last minute unfortunately, you might check it out to get awesome sunset photos/videos!

Great accommodation, great hosts, great location

Well equipped and clean apartments with a large terrace. Hosts are very nice and friendly. All communication went well. Location is great, 5mins from the beach, 10mins from the old town. Our stay here was really pleasant and comfortable.

It is located near the busy street so it is a bit loud outside, but when you close the windows it is ok. Rooms could be a little bit larger.
