Good accommodation in a nice area

The flat my partner and I stayed in was clean and all facilities were modern and functional. The bed was also comfortable and the air con was a thumb-up. It was nice to get two free bottles of water stored in the fridge upon arrival as well as some coffee capsules in order to make ourselves a coffee in the morning when my partner and I woke up.

Everything met our expectations. Yet it was a bit tricky to find the reception and get our keys to enter our flat, as there are no signs that indicate where the reception is. Apart from that, we really had a nice stay in the property and the surrounding area is just lovely.

Lovely accomodation. A beautiful setting.

A beautiful, converted old villa and outbuildings. Lovely staff. Parking wasn’t great for motorbikes although ours were untouched overnight so probably safe enough. Very quiet at night so we all slept well. We didn’t use the onsite restaurant but rode into the local town for a pizza!

Lovely property full of character.

Loved the property - serene, lovely, full of character. It was actually my second time there, but the previous time we only did the wine tasting and toured the caves. Vera was outstanding at making us feel at home after an exhausting day of travel, we are very grateful. The pool was lovely, and the location is wonderful - loads to do and see in the area. We will gladly come back

With it being August, the bedroom was hot - a/c in the living room was not enough to cool down the entire unit. Wifi, on the other hand, only worked in the bedroom, and not in the living room.

Excellent stay with amazing wine!

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and were happy to answer any questions we had across the course of our stay. We participated in an event held at Villa Gradoni which was conducted in Italian, the staff were incredibly generous, ensuring that we were able to follow along and checking in with us regularly. The flat we rented was lovely, with good sized rooms and a large terrace. The bedrooms had lots of natural light and the beds were exceptionally comfy. The breakfast of hot drinks, fruit juice, fruit tart and yoghurt was good, though we did supplement with some extras from the local supermarket. The wine at Villa Gradoni is fantastic and added to our enjoyment of this hotel. If ever visiting the area again we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Villa Gradoni.

Not good value for the price

Nice people, beautiful location and good stay for a nice holiday.

The bed was old and creaky and too short for someone with a length of 1.90 meter. Also the bed sofa is too hard to sleep on and it is ridiculous that your children have to sleep on a bed sofa is you pay € 1.550,- a week..

Magnificent and beautiful

Big apartments with modern facilities and spacious. Great view and quiet area with lovely pool for everyone to enjoy.

In the evening the smoke came from the chimney of the restaurant to our 2nd floor terrace and it was a bit noisy in an otherwise quiet location.

A holiday for Franciacorta lovers

Excellent small village of villa franciacorta, villa Gradoni (part of their business) , pool house, inhouse restaurant. As a winery, you alway have choice to get another bunch of franciacortas, only millessimata, btw. Early mornng check in - you have all te day with for you

First things first - for two day, there were some sledgehammer works - on arrival, it went on from afternoon until some 17-18. But worse was next morning, when the works restarted 7.30. And we had celebrated a long night with willingness to sleep in. Also, the on sight restaurant Ela, is not really up to the standards. Couple of highlights but many more negatives.

La struttura si presenta come un piccolo borghetto immerso tra i vigneti ma al contempo vicino al lago e alle più importanti attrazioni.. ottime le casette, la cantina e anche il ristorante in loco.. peccato che il tempo non consentisse anche l’utilizzo della piscina, altrimenti sarebbe stato davvero super! Bravi e continuate così

Przepiękne ciche miejsce, piękna winnica, winorośla dookoła, bardzo wygodne mieszkanie, basen, co więcej do szczęścia potrzeba. Mieliśmy w cenie wizytę w winnicy, która jest przepiękna i dość spore zaskoczenie tym jak się robi wino musujące, które jest głównym produktem winnicy. Wypoczęliśmy, dziękujemy za gościnę, mamy nadzieję że uda się wrócić w przyszłości. Bardzo fajne miasteczko blisko od obiektu.

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Locatie was top en accommodatie ook super. Waren met 2 gezinnen en hadden een heel ruim balkon voor ons zelf met 2 eettafels. Receptie heel sfeervol ingericht, je krijgt gelijk een heerlijk vakantiegevoel. We hadden geluk dat de wijnoogst begon toen we er net waren en hebben een fantastische en bijzondere rondleiding gehad inclusief proeverij :-)

Posto incantevole, un tuffo nel medioevo, borgo curatissimo e personale disponibilissimo e gentile. Borgo costruito completamente con pietre antiche, la cantina una favola, sembra di stare in Francia nelle cantine di Reims...

Sinceramente non ho trovato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, ecco se devo dire una cosa metterei un armadio anche piccolo nella camera nel soppalco....

Prachtige plek als uitvalsbasis voor het meer van Iseo

Een prachtige plek met ruime appartementen en ook veel buitenruimte, of je nu op de begane grond zit of op de 1e of 2e etage. Door de historie van de plek waan je je in de 16e eeuw. Het dorpje is prachtig gerestaureerd en met respect voor het verleden. Er zit een heerlijk restaurant bij (uiteraard met een mooie wijnkaart) en een fijn zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Er werd rekening gehouden met onze voorkeur voor een appartement beneden vanwege de hond. De ligging is uitstekend tussen Iseo en Brescia. Op 10 minuten rijden zitten meerdere supermarkten. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor allerlei uitjes.

Fuga fuori porta spettacolare

Location magnifica, immersa nel verde. Tutto molto curato e pulizia impeccabile. Leggendo tra le varie recensioni c'è chi si lamenta degli insetti... Ci sentiamo di smentirli in pieno! Staff gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Genuint italienskt boende med mysig pool

Stor lägenhet med välutrustat kök och härlig dusch. Balkongen/terassen vi hade delades med andra men var ändå avskilt. Poolmrådet trevligt och lagom, där och på terassen hade man åtkomst till Wi-Fi. De andra gästerna var mestadels Holländare v29

Inget direkt att klaga på, lite förvirrande var man skulle hämta nyckeln trots massa info och skyltar. 😀 vi var däremot inte så imponerande av maten på restaurangen bredvid.

Toller Urlaub auf dem Weingut

Schöne Lage, sehr ruhig und erholsam. Pool ist vorhanden und gut gepflegt. Viel Platz auf dem Gelände. Grillmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Osteria Èla mit sehr gutem Essen und sehr guter Weinkarte. Insgesamt sehr schöne Häuser aus Stein, ein wundervolles Ambiente.

Dass nicht alle Schlafzimmerfenster mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet sind, sondern nur einige. Denn Mücken gibt es reichlich. Es dürfte eigentlich kein Problem sein, hier für eine einheitliche Ausstattung zu sorgen. Dann wäre es perfekt.

Prachtige plek.

De omgeving is prachtig. Veel te doen. Alle meren van Italië te berijden. Het appartement was in een soort oude wijnkelder. Niet onder de grond maar door dikke muren en bijna geen ramen was het er wel koel. Op de slaapkamer voelde alles klam aan. Met 35 graden buiten kon je er goed vertoeven. Alleen ke zat soort van opgesloten omdat er 1 raam was. Voor mij geen 2e keer ruim€1100 euro. Geen tuin wel soort terras. Naast restaurant. Goede kok. Dames van de receptie super aardig en altijd via WhatsApp te bereiken.

Zwembad vol met schreeuwende Nederlandse kinderen. Niet te zwemmen. Ook geen schaduw. Als je via booking.com boekt weet je niet welk appartement je krijgt. Wij in ieder geval niet die op.de.site stond🤬
