Apartments Ivka

Közel a tenger remek strandok, bolt, kis sétával könnyen megközelíthető az óváros, omis csodaszép. Az épület jó helyen van, parkoló rendben, közvetlen épület előtt.

Szoba, és a hozzátartozó terasz nagyon kicsi, igazából két főnek pár napra éppen csak elmegy.

we were very pleased with the week of stay in the apartment. the room is clean, snow-white linen, large bathroom, we did not hear the neighbors, and the view from the balcony is even better than in the photo, you can see the sea and the mountains around. in our room it was hot only in the morning, and in the afternoon and evening we spent on the balcony with a beautiful view of the evening city. since we arrived by bus, the hostess kindly offered to give us a lift to the bus on the day of departure. we were completely satisfied with everything. The price and quality more than met our expectations. Thanks a lot!

I liked the location, a clean beaches were near by in 5 minutes walk, relatively quite except of occasionally loud music from the Auto-camp on the other side of the apartment. Also the centre and the old town were in 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment, on the main street or by the river Cetina. The hosts were nice and also employees from the Agency "Active Holidays", who are responsible for the apartment, were very helpful, polite and friendly.

Unfortunately, Internet connection wasn't very good, obvious the router is on the first floor and the wirelesses network was often losing throughout the apartment, just on some points the Wi-Fi could be connected and that was losing too. I talked to the owner and the Agency "Active Holidays", who are the contact via Booking, and the usual answer is "could be the storm near by", that could be indeed sometimes the reason, but not this time for my six days staying there. The guy from the Agency understood the issue and said that usually the owners are difficult to improve that particular service, not just in that apartment but in general ( so he said to talk to them, nevertheless not resolved while I was there). There was a strange noise from the door of the apartment, several nights a repeat sound, could be something from the wood or some draft, but it was annoying. The last thing is an awkward way the window from the bathroom of the next door apartment was actually placed onto the balcony from my apartment?! That definitely is a thing they should consider to put bricks to cover and isolate.

A kilátás szép volt és tisztaság volt. Ennyi pozítivumot tudok elmondani a szállásról.

Franciaágyas apartmant kértünk, ehelyett kaptunk 2 darab összetolt heverőt, ami egyrészt nagyon kényelmetlen volt, másrészt házaspárként mentünk ki és nem tudtunk együtt aludni mert egy szakadék volt a két ágy között ahol össze volt tolva… azt gondolom ha valaki franciaággyal hirdet, ne két kényelmetlen egyszemélyes ágy legyen összetolva, ezt kritikán alulinak tartom. Legközelebb is visszatérünk Omisba mert nagyon tetszett, de más szállást fogunk választani. Ezen kívül a fizetés sem lett korrekten lekommunikálva, a tulaj néni amikor odaértünk és készítettem a pénzt közölte hogy nála nem fizethetek majd a bookingosoknál. Előtte én ezt direkt megkérdeztem, azt mondták lehet készpénzzel fizetni, ígyis készültem, erre szó nélkül a kártyámról vonták le a pénzem ami miatt büntetőkamatot is kell majd fizetnem..
