About this house rental
This is a nice house located in a gated, residential lake community, distinguished by its abundance of nature amid modern amenities for both seasonal and year-round members. With four lakes, three swimming pools, a four-season clubhouse with an indoor pool, fitness center and exercise classes, tennis courts, clubs, available summer day camp programs there are activities for all members. Hemlock Farms offers a rich mix of social, recreational, and cultural experiences for every age group.
The house is right across Hemlock Lake; you will appreciate the beautiful sunrise in the mornings. The master bedroom is double and has a nice wood burning stove. The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace with a wood burning insert which can make the whole house toasty hot, in no time.
The "Steer Barn," located as you enter the community on Hemlock Farms Road, is centered in the midst of tennis courts, handball courts, and a beautiful, rolling landscape... It is only one of the many community locations where programs, events, activities, and recreation are offered all year round. There is also a family park and a ball field. When the weather gets cold there is an outdoor ice skating rink.. The house is located between two major ski resorts (Big Bear Ski 30min, and Camelback 40 min).
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed + Twin bed| Bedroom 2: Full Bed.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, dishware/flatware, cooking basics, drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, ice maker.

Just a nice cozy home.
It felt like home away from home.
We felt right at home with the openness of the family room, the fire place and the wonderful enclosed porch. It was the perfect way to spend the weekend.
The area is nice and scenic which provides a nice private getaway.

Owners were very responsive and helpful.
The home was immaculate, comfortable, inviting, well maintained, and well equipped.
The community center and the area were very nice.
The only downsides for us was the bed was uncomfortable and the driveway was hard to navigate.
We would definitely stay again though.

The atmosphere was lovely. The house was perfect. Very clean, and modern. Simply charming. Yes, I would recommend to a friend for a lovely get away. The owner was very helpful anytime I had questions, we emailed each other. The listing was just as it was described.
