Nice spacious room near the beach

A room with much space, clean, with a bathroom and a balcony. Safe parking space. Near the beach and the centre of the town. Really helpful owner and his family. We spent there 5 days and felt very comfortable.

Very good

The location may look shady, but it is really close to everything in the city, but not noisy. The host was awesome and allowed us to park in a nearby villa - owned by the same owner,, because spots of this apparments were full. I had a request for a needle and sewing tread for my wife and the host brought it in within seconds.

Getting there by Google maps is straightforward, but tiny streets and maybe can be a problem with parking.

Wrong adress, no parking, no AC, no hot water durring the day, broken furniture...waltz ceilling missing in the bathroom... Bad value for money...

Location was good no lake view in small alley with in walking distance to lake

Good: short walk to the lake / walking area. Bad: too warm in summer, at least on the top floor.

Nice terrace on the top floor with good views. It has a table for sitting, just missing an umbrella for the sun. Kitchen was good.

We had a room on the top floor under the roof. It gets very hot in summer weather, and there is no air conditioner (or it wasn't working).

Disappointing

Good staff: They were quick to react on our requests for check in once we called them and were trying to provide all other services. Clean Location: close to beach. Slight problem is that one of the streets leading there has no pedestrian area. The beach is great: loads of space to swim and the water is clean. We were given the option to not pay for the stay (because the repairmen didn’t fix the problem) and we value that, though I don’t believe in not paying as this is part of someone’s earnings, so we decided to pay and write a review in the hopes the owners will find a way to improve.

The following could be improved: Facilities: The bide in apt C1, where we were asked to stay, had a all time running bide (integrated in the toilet shell). It produced a sound, that made it hard to sleep. The apt should have been checked before being made available for booking. Staff reactions: The bide problem was reported and we requested to be fixed (or another apt key given so we can transfer) while we were out for dinner. The staff said this would be fixed. They reported that this was fixed, but once we came there we saw it wasn’t. As it was too late, we went to bed. In the morning they said that they didn’t know as they sent a repair man and he told them he fixed the problem. Sending the repairman was a good thing, though I checking his work is also part of the staff responsibilities, in my opinion. Furniture: it was good, but for a straight 10, maybe change the mattress and the blinders e.t.c.

Exceptional

Everything was great, hosts were very kind and helpful. Appartment excellent and comfortable , the view beautiful, villa is just in the centre, next to the river, the lake and restaurants. I really recommend !
