    First impressions count! I did enjoy my stay and the staff were great, food was very nice. Room and hotel grounds were very clean and presented at all times! On first impressions I personally think the hotel and grounds need a big improvement on their general maintenance and upkeep! The site is looking run down! Itโ€™s all very well advertising a small part of it, the beach part and pool! Which was lovely! Yet the inner parts / rooms and main hotel and the front inc the front of hotel need a good revamp to make them more modern. The lobby would be looked amazing in 1970? Just looks out dated, the front garden is a mess by the rd which should be looking its best ! Especially with so much competition the resort has to compete with. The building is a mess too with general repairs in a sorry state. Roof and front of building looks the same! With noticeable problems making the great service the staff provided a real shame! One further thingโ€ฆ when booking we were led to believe the hotel was very busy. One superior room left! Only to see there were fewer than 15 rooms and guests the whole 7 days and nights we were there! I think reservations and transparency towards guests should matter first and foremost or like myself itโ€™s sold as misleading and dishonest!
