The host helped us with invoice after hours as we were stranded in Richards bay due to the fact that Ross Heights double booked. Duck Inn was full but on booking.com site it allowed us to book. The host of Palm Garden went out of her way to assist us

They decided not to give us breakfast..its actually a scam ..they said we should call the boss who didn't pick the call and when she picked she didn't want to attend to us. It was a terrible experience!
They made us pay for breakfast and later told us the boss didn't tell anyone about our breakfast. They scammed us maybe because we not South Africans.
