Nothing, could have done with been a bit fitter to handle the stairs to the top floor ;)

beautifully silent area, wonderful views across park
everything in the room was uncomfortable. the so-called queen bed was TINY - so short my feet hung over the edge of the mattress. stiff, rigid and uncomfortable easy chairs. broken TV. nowhere to put a laptop except in the bathroom. and 2 sticks of nescafe powder do not spell "welcome".
