We were greeted on arrival by Michelle and shown to a large, comfortable and very well equipped studio apartment. We were able to select items for a continental breakfast that were delivered to our room each morning. Having a balcony with a table on it so we could have breakfast outside was a real treat We ate at the pub about a 2 min walk away and enjoyed our meals.
The location was excellent for visiting St Michael's Mount and the surrounding area with a car.

Large, bright first floor studio with balcony looking out to sea. Fridge and microwave very welcome facilities. Copious amounts of hot water and an excellent shower. Generous continental breakfast delivered to the studio daily. Excellent communication with hosts. Great location close to A30 links, Penzance (a gem!), nearby National Trust gardens and the fabulous sandy beach at Praa Sands. Would certainly return!
Not the fault of the hosts, but when the wind was in a certain direction, we got some 'fruity farmyard whiffs' from the cows at the nearby farm.

Great location (if have transport) for exploring the South West corner of Cornwall. Very spacious rooms and nice views out from the living area. Nice selection on offer for breakfast
A sink and cooker would have been great to have although we managed okay without for the few days we were there and it didn’t detract from our enjoyment of our stay.
