L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier calme proche des transports en commun et à proximité d'un centre commercial import. L'accessibilité, le confort général et la propreté des lieux sont très appréciables. Le lave-linge et le lave-vaisselle sont des plus indéniables.

Il faudrait un peu plus d'équipement de cuisine (cafetière, micro-onde, ustensiles...). Le bruit des canalisation de l'immeuble peut être gênant pour certains (ce qui ne fut pas mon cas).

The apartment was a Godsend as it was 40 degrees Celsius and we didn't plan on this. There is no air conditioning so we were worried. It turns out because the place is situated half under the ground it was cool enough to sleep with a fan that the management provided by request. There are mechanical shutters inside the window glass that completely block out the light and heat when closed. If there is no activity in the parking lot it is very quiet.

The only part that was difficult was what others have mentioned is the fact that when someone above you runs water or flushes a toilet there is a startling sound like a rainstorm. This problem is directly proportionate to how many people are using water. I slept with earplugs in but my girlfriend had problems falling asleep. Once asleep it didn't wake her up. Also there is a parking lot right outside the windows and thanks to someone with a loud motorcycle arriving before 6 am I was woken up from a sound sleep even with earplugs in. I included pictures from the window. There's a pedestal fire pit directly outside.

Pomimo położenia przy małym rondzie było co do tego cicho. Na Stary Rynek szło sie jakieś 20 minut piechotą, ale położenie było bardzo przyjemne przy ładnym parku w dzielnicy muzycznej. Bardzo nam sie podobało. Wnętrze ładne i czyste.

Jak ktoś szedł i do tego rozmawiał na klatce to było to głośno słychać. Na szczęście nie za często. Izolacja drzwi jest trochę słaba. Tak samo jak było słychać głośno jak w mieszkaniu wyżej spuszczano wodę. Wyposażenie kuchnii mogłoby być poszerzone na przykład o jakiś szpadel na przykład do jajecznicy

Lack of curtains made the stay unbearable - you can’t live in a basement flat without them. External blinds made the flat dark and stuffy.
