Overall very good resort and breakfast

Staff was not lenient, very strict to the policy they never tried to give any relaxation though others do

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool is great. Gardens are lovely.

Wasn’t too keen on our bathroom. Think the roofing in there could do with updating.

While it's a resort, the overall property feels small, no walking areas. It has a regular size pool, not large size. It has a rustic, homely vibe, not typical resort feels.

After changing the room, it felt and looked way more clean. No bugs or lizard got into the room

1. The first night I arrived to the hotel room, and it was beyond dirty and disgusting. There were short black hairs on the towels provided. Yellow and stained bed sheets. The walls was DIRTY and the lamp shade had just dead bugs in it. After voicing my concern they changed my room, but the lamp shade in that room was dirty as well. It got removed the day after. 2. You only get one card, so if you leave the room the AC will turn off and then you’ll come back to a warm room. 3. The breakfast was alright. During my 4 days stay, only one morning was there small signs describing what the food was. I don’t eat pork which was problematic that I didn’t know the dish. 4. The NOISE and smoke. Do not book this hotel if you expect it to be a relaxing quit stay. First day I was woken up by trees getting cut down at 7.30 am.. that probably continuous to 17 pm, every single day. The neighbours then burn the trees and the whole property smells and looks like smoke. And because the window in the bathroom can’t be closed, the smoke gets into the room, and now all your stuff smells like smoke. My other problem is house keepers chatting and screaming in front of the rooms each morning. No thought about people might have a sleep in or anything. 5. Even though you lock the door from inside, house keeping will still be able to get in. It happened to me, where a woman wanted to clean and I had forgot to put a sign outside. The door was locked as it is every night. When she got in and saw me sleeping in bed, she didn’t hurry out. She just stood there wanting to discuss if I wanted my room cleaned or not. And I had to multiple time tell her no and get out, until she left.
