The food and attention of the dining staff was great. Attention of the lobby staff was good. The have direct access to the beach and the have different activities. They can connect you with tours.

We had a problem with two rooms for three people: the booking site stipulated that these rooms have two beds and a sofa bed, but the rooms assigned had only two beds. Staff was not helpful until an hour of discussion passed that they offered one room with two beds and a sofa. They basically said it was booking fault for wrong description and the had nothing to do; but they are getting their money so they should look into every details. Also, the room assigned had with two beds and a sofa, but the air conditioning of this room was not working. The hotel should check booking description, since they are getting paid for stays.

Every thing was great, service, food, rooms

There are no enough space to relax outdoor with nature, spaces for pictures, space with grass and birds

clean. quiet. plenty hot water. beach. helpful staff.

poor maintenance of the room (soap dispencer not secure, toilet seat broken, sink plug not working, had to request batteries for the remote control). the food was diabolical. cold, undercooked, so tough as to be inedable, dress code not enforced, cats wondering around the restaurant lack of shade on the beach, but the water was nice. the unavoidable crowd trying go sell timeshare

I like the staff,I like the locatin and the place is beautiful.

The beach area has very little services the phones in the room where not working.
